You’re absolutely right Shirley. We need to keep our businesses growing and keep our eye out for potential future business. This is a great time to make personal visits to real estate agencies in your neighborhood and leave some literature and possibly a sample of a gift basket so that they can see what you offer when times get better.

Hello Lorie,

Being prepared for business is a stance that few take but many will be richly rewarded for staying alert.

Creating a strong network of colleagues is also important. Earlier today, I heard from a good friend with a sales opportunity I would not have known about without her knowledge.

Each of us can build a firm foundation using these methods and more.
